welcome. I'm notyet. this is my little room on the internet where I keep whatever I'm working on, thinking about, or avoiding by doing something else.

the thing I'm making
it's called Sophie Stops the Sun and I think about it constantly. sophie is moving tomorrow -- new school, new house, new everything. so she makes a deal with the sun: a game of hide and seek. if she hides long enough, maybe tomorrow will just... forget to show up.
while she's hiding, a whole civilization of bugs takes root in the grass around her. she wanders into their world, learns their stories, and starts to wonder if saying goodbye doesn't have to mean losing everything.
